Agreed with megafrost.
My personal opinion is that if there is a change there will be inevitably resistance from both sides. If this change is implemented, supporters of the new wildy will revolt. If this doesn't happen, then supporters of the old wildy will be at unrest. It all depends on how you look at it. Every update brings forth haters.
I guess the best is to implement the old wildy back, since the price of that would be less than not to.
However, you'll always have to consider RWT and such as well.
As megafrost said, they can possibly restrict the trading limit until 1000 total skill levels. Or perhaps you can do something based on that, such as more money with more skill levels. That way, RWT won't have such an easy time doing...real world trading.
Another thing that I would suggest is to create worlds for the old system, and other worlds for the new system. that way, both sides can have peace and get what they want. The problem is, though, the GE economy on both sides will be affected by the other, primarily because the worlds with old system would have no price range and the worlds with the new system would have price range, and they are operating on the same economy.
Nonetheless, I can trust that you Jagex creators will find a solution for that.
