Against all the way.
Though I think the current system for trade is a little restrictive, I think totally removing the limit is absurd.
As for the wild, I think its daft to hand half of the world of RuneScape back to people who have higher stats than you.
People that want to do anything past the little wall now have to be either massively levelled or daft. Anything in the wild is basically the property of those with the highest levels and the best equipment, and that's not fair.
If there was less in terms off "stuff" (places of interest etc.) in the wild, then OK, I'd back it, because I respect the quality of pking in the old wild. But to restrict so many different things is unfair (mining spots, mini games, dungeons etc.).
I personally run green dragons every day, and play a lot of Stealing Creation. Being level 90, I wouldn't dare do green dragons, and would still have to kit up every time with food and armour every time I wanted to play a SAFE minigame. Meanwhile, 2 or 3 level 138's get to get all the green dragons and all the profit. I'm stuck killing cows. Thanks Jagex!
