@Robstim The only people who are angry are the people who are against this change which is a very small portion of the people who play the game so I wouldn't worry too much about it. I quite enjoy game changing updates usually, they make the game more interesting to play.

@Mainac WOW you really didn't understand what I posted. I am compltely for freedom of choice, which is why I think that this vote is fantastic because it is giving US, the players, the freedom to decide the future of the game! I think that this should be done for all REALLY big updates!

I'd like to see free trade return, but as for the Wilderness, I'm going to be sorry to see that return. The vote is rather unfair in that thw wilderness and free trade come as a package deal... why can't they be voted on independently? Perhaps a better idea would be to allow the wilderness as it was originally, but only in some worlds. There should be a few entirely non pvp worlds for us skillers and weaklings. As for free trade, I will be glad for the abolition of the value restrictions in trade directly between two players, but the grand exchange should keep its limits, or at least keep the market value and suggested limits to price.

I doubt these ideas will be acted upon, but with the wilderness in only some worlds, everyone gets what they want, no?

I admit I never did get along with the old wildy but then again I don't along with the wildy now lol
Concerning free trade I liked it so having the opportunity to vote it back in is a pleasant thought, I understand the reasons why it was taken out in the first place but with advancements of cheat detection maybe things won't be as bad this time around.
Bots,rwt would always be in game no matter what happens they are harder to get rid off then a flea bitten stray :P

@Masta you can vote right now, go to the front page, go to the Dec 24th Referendum titled thing and go to the bottom of the screen, it should say to clice there to vote.
@Espian Back in the golden days we had to hike through the wilderness with no shoes while it was snowing up massive hills using our fingers. In all seriousness people had to skill in the dangerous wilderness beforehand and it only made the value of the items they got such as runite ore increase because it was actually tough to get those items! Nobody is forcing you to skill in the wilderness so if you don't want to then you don't have to!

I say yes for free trade, as starting in summer 2008 i didn't get to experience much of it at all. though, i loved it. My friend back then was able to give me full black off of free trading and that helped back then. when it ended it took me a while to get mithril, forever mining clay to get Addy and once i got higher, not actually that hard to get rune since i could kill dragons. But I'm still working on getting barrows and drag now, and my friend has more than enough money to buy me a set and he is very willing to. Plus then all my friends could exchange gifts freely.

It's hard enough as it is. Players swarm to kill the dragons i attack first already. imagine if they could kill me. Ugh.
NO FOR WILDY.
