I believe that changing the Trade Limit and Wilderness back to the way they used to be is a fantastic idea. I haven't played this game since you changed the bounty hunter from multi-combat to single combat. Bringing Pking back and the trading in Falador Garden will surely bring tons of your older players back to this game!
And for the people who don't want this to happen because they got scammed when they were a lower level, that was ages ago, and if you simply looked at the trade screen that wouldn't have happened.
The way the wilderness used to be was amazing. Going in there and Pking or doing a clue scroll just gave you a sense of danger. Of course dying wasn't fun but it's part of the game!
I'm all for this change! Vote for it people!

I say this.... Children play this game...they are n** STUPID...they are just not wise to the ways of EVIL yet and thier brains are not fully developed wiil they learn?Yes they will learn...But should they learn? ...Runescape I ask you this.... Is this what you really want children to learn from this game? If so you mine as well take the filters out of the chat.

Why vote, there's no need to. Jagex planned this whole thing...newsflash... wildy and or free trade IS coming back, it WAS a done deal before these mock elections came along. Doesn't matter what side your on, Jagex wanted them back, more members more money, simple as that.
1st joke - put up a voting page with no "no" vote. Has anybody in your life ever voted on anything where you had one choice of a vote ??? Maybe if you live in a third world dictatorship this is normal, but for the rest of the world, its asinine. Well you might say, well boycott the vote, same as a no vote. Well that's ridiculous to, Jagex has a counter for that.
2nd joke - let people vote for other people. I know for a fact that I (or people saying they were me) voted at least 3 times to bring back wildy. Well none of those 3 (or more) people were actually me.
3rd joke - let people create new accounts just to vote and have never played the game one day. In real life that's akin to creating imaginary citizens and letting them vote when the powers that be know how they will vote.
Now after some complained justifiably about the ridiculous attempt at a supposedly fair election, Jagex now offers us what they consider a fair election. Throw in a couple incentives to vote such as 10k real life prizes every month, and voila you have all the people voting including the hundreds of thousands or maybe even millions of brand new accounts created to vote pro wildy voting. Funny these cash prizes have never been offered before now...before a vote....HMMMM
It's impossible for any outcome to this vote but bring back wildy/free trade. There are more existing accounts and newly created pro wildy accounts now that are pro wildy/free trade to easily outnumber the no vote.
I can't believe some of you can't see through these tactics.
If you want money Jagex, that's cool, your a company, but don't offer up rigged elections, just DO IT. I'm pro old wildy btw, but won't be used in another vote.

I voted yes to bring back the wildy and free trade on the second new poll, posted on the 24th. I cant wait for the old wildy and trade to come back ive waited 3 years+ for it to come back :) The Old Runescape will finally be back, the good times will be back!.

Well i would like to see the old wildy and free trade come back ,but perhaps in new way. I would like to see revs stay i love to kill them for one. Maybe make pvp world that are like the old wildy. As far as the free trade gose maybe there would be a better way to pervent scaming. Instead of red flashing lines. Some thing like after the sec. trade page if some thing has changed. I would tell you it as changed and would you like to finsih this trade. I would like to see the wildy bank stay. It can be very helpfull when doing clues or banking for clan wars. I remember the old wildy i made a lot of money pking lower lvls acc. at green drag. I made alot of people unhappy and now im to high lvl to do it . But im sure others would fallow the same path. Just one of the resons pvp should be sperat from the wildy and have old pvp wildy worlds. Pvp was much funer when u got the other person item and more profitable. Well just a few think i thougt i throw out there and i hope to see it come back.

Masterlarry, that first voting page was actually a petition so of corse there was no no vote... did you just type your name in and hit next or did you read? of course you didnt read cause then you would know it was a PETITION!
But however I can see where Jagex could be using us to make money. They got rid of FT and Wild which lost many people but also brought in younger ages becuase it was a safer game. However, now that they bring it back, the players that quit, will also be playing the game. this jus* increased the number of total players RS had.

I am voting yes for the referendum
However I really do think you need to keep some of the old trade and wilderness interfaces that you have implemented recently.
For example, since you now have quests that are played out ****itantly in the wilderness it might be a good idea to make a world that doesn't implement the old wilderness (or make only certain worlds implement the old wilderness like you did with bounty worlds and such). The reason is that you would have the old wilderness gangs camp critical quest points so as to kill prepared characters for a "boss", but not a full out gang of players. That player would then have to work again to prepare for the "boss". This only applies if the changes you are doing to these quests are the start and stop locations, not the overall storyline. Another plus of having a specific world for the old wilderness is that you can get the PvP fighters all on certain worlds to fight each other rather than spread out to other worlds where PvP isn't as important on that world.
For the free trade, I am assuiming that the trade interface is still being kept the same so as to avoid scams in the trade window with the alerts and net gain or loss with the transaction. If not please leave them in because it helps people avoid scams.
