i find it it HALARIOUS listening to all these people saying, OMG BOTS BOTS BOTS NOO MY TREES MY AIR ORBSS NOOOO. Seriously stop crying about a freaking tree lmao incase you didnt read the very first post he says they have IMPROVED their systems of detecting cheating but they CANNOT ELIMINATE ALL OF IT meaning cheating is always going to be there like RWT and all that. You guys need to stop flamming over that of course its not going to be exactly like it was back in the godly time of 07 there going to have scanners and stuff going on to detect that so quit crying. ^_^

Well i8 have played runescape for about a year now and i never got to see wildy and free trade before so i hope it comes bck but i heard tht there were massive botters and scams so if they can fix tht i think tht they should be set

Hey everyone its who! Speaking of the Wildernes, Players all across runescape are tired of the use of cannons specifically in the green dragon area in the wilderness,Just like Godwars Dungeon a multi combat zone cannons are disabled for the green dragons Jagex can you please disable the use of cannons we are all tired of cannon noobs thank you :)

Well i played runescape for a yr but i never played when wildy and free trade was out,
i think yes there will be more botters and yes there probably will be more scams from trade but really if you look at this theirs still botters today why cnt they just patch this or create a program to veiw bots they are a very populated game they should have a little of money to make a bot program well thts my opinion cuz they might not but if they can it wouldnt really be a bad idea.
Second i hate 3k rule i hated tht rule when i started playing and maybe they could reach a verdict between the yes voters and no voters
if you look at the worlds to choose there is different types they could make the version of runescape now a type of world name it no wildy and limit trade i think tht would suite players and satisfy them.
or just update the trading system so you cant get scammed like i have heard from people.I think this update will satisfy more players if they please both sides in a good fashion. So my vote is a yes but i still think if they do have the update to consider the players tht still want runescape the same as now and to give them wht they *** still now. I kno i havent had my acc when free trade and wildy was out but im just tryin to help. + it would probaly be the best update they had if they please both sides of this poll/vote
runescape just do wht you can i appreciate your conserns and being open minded to your players

in the old runescape there were no gravestones or anything to protect your items as they do now. When you died you had about 30 seconds of time to get your items back. If you didn't they would appear on the ground for another 30 seconds or so for anyone to pick back up.
If the wilderness is brought back the gravestones will block any pkers from receiving the items unless the person is skulled. Will this remove the gravestones from the game? If so then I will not be training anymore the risk of losing my items like the old pk system does not sound like a good idea.
Im against having old wildy/trade back
Old Wildy = Newer lower level players getting tricked into being killed ect...
New Wildy = Effective system to keep new players aware of the dangers of going into the wilderness
Old Trade = An easy way to transfer items between hacked/stolen accounts and higher possiblity of being hacked, yes you still have your bank pin, but it is definately not as safe
New Trade = An effective way to protect against Hackers, also helps block some of the newer players from asking for "Free St00f"
I hope this has persuaded you to vote No.
I will be sad to see these updates return to the game.

To everyone like me who found the posts by K*mstar well written and full of intelligent sounding facts and figures and arguments: Read the signature. So much for his credibility. Even if he was right, who would listen to the opinion of someone who proudly admits to luring people?
Same goes for Waternoose who "tried" not to take advantage of new players, but after all, it's not like it's against the rules or anything.... Yeah right.
Or why don't we get our advice from Mr. illiililli or whatever. Sure, lets modify our game to suit people who obviously play so rudely they pick a name for the sole purpose of being hard to report.
After a while it gets really hard not to get personal here.
To all you people saying this is Jagex listening to "The Majority." Please, give us a break. You know you don't even believe that yourself. Jagex had already obviously decided to do this.
They made the first poll COMPLETELY differently from any other poll they do on a regular basis.
They initially misleadingly labelled the "vote yes" button "vote now."
They encouraged making new accounts to vote yes.
They allowed voting for other people (esp. opponents).
The poll was specifically designed to vastly overrepresent people in favor, so that they could justify a second "real" poll, whose ratio of yes to no has been relatively constant the entire time it's been up.
Why so many more votes on the easier-to-cheat-on first poll than the better designed second poll, in which you can still vote all your new accounts you made for the first poll?
I could go on forever destroying your ridiculous claim that it's the majority's preference. As has been pointed out by others, PVP worlds are vastly underutilized. And I remember a poll not too long ago that specifically asked what people did on RS and I think it was like 10% that said PK. It sure as heck wasn't as high as even 50%. (Yes, I know, some are voting yes for increased bots, oops... I mean unlimited trade, not for old wildy.
