I'm frustrated by the voting system and how the players are getting screwed out of legit voting... With that being said, I think the voting needs to be more selective rather than pressing a vote button and letting you, Jagex, get to choose all the changes that are going to be made. As a suggestion, maybe before the update is further worked on / released let the players vote more detailed on the changes that have been announced. Not everyone that votes wants all of the changes. If we players do actually get to vote like this, you will truly be updating the game based on what the players want.
I hope this is considered ASAP :) also if anybody really thinks time played matters, I have been playing since classic was released...

I love how everyone is saying its 90%-8%. But what people arent mentioning, is that where you had 1.2M+ votes for round 1. There is only around 300k votes now. And 90% of 300k is only 270k. Now i also remember jagex saying originally it will probably take more then 1M votes for them to even consider doing such an act. So gl finding 730k+ people to vote yes.
Also jagex I would like you to look out for votes made by acc's that have been made within the past week and disqualify these votes. I know plenty of people creating accounts just to vote yes. Also jagex please realize that many players have 2+ accounts so a person can multi vote.
Taking these 2 facts in mind, where you have 270k votes yes, maybe only 200-250k legitamit votes for such a measure.
And btw jagex, your bot detection program doesnt work, i know this due to me knowing 3 people who are botting atm and have been for the past month. Your bot program looks at people who arent talking or dont respond or train with no gear on or risk. The bots you dont see are the ones in quick chat worlds that are programmed to know how to solve random events, and respond to quick chat. Hell you can even bot in regualar worlds with it and use an auto typer say random things at random times and your detection software wont pick it up.

Bad Creed im sorry but your blinded by what you want. Jagex said originally what it would take 1M+ yes votes for them to consider bringing the wildy and free trade back. And until I know thats immpossible, I know its not comming back.
Jagex just pulled the biggest troll in history.

If you also look at the original topic they put, they want to see if its the vast majority of runescape players that want this. There are over 2M runescape accounts, a vast majority is more then half of the runescape community, so there must be more then 1M votes yes for it to happen. Sorry to break your heart.

the way i see it..its coming back like it or not. so for those of you who voted no, get your whining out now and quit like most players did over the fact it was taken out in the first place. and continue to get ripped when i see you doing clues up in 50+ wilderness amongst other things. YOU HAVE NO SAY.

You know alot of the people who quit in 2007 where PKer's who were whining? Now you call those who oppose it whingers? That hardly seems fair. Basing your comment on people who like to play the game rather that rip into another player, which is fine and all.
Judging by your comment, i'll assume you're a PK'er yourself. Just don't go whining when you die and lose everything you were carrying. It's going to happen anyway.

Of course we have a say, why else did Jagex add a "Vote NO" option? - I personally don't think you thought your comment through very well.

I love listening to all of these 09 players talking like they have been around as long as everyone has. the reason why there are a lot of negative comments on this is because all the people that were here BEFORE any of these ranters are gone because they quit and then all these new players started taking over. They don't have a good clue about how the game actually used to be, what a lot of people actually loved i played back in 05 and i think it was godly then. I say bring all that stuff back, people should be smart enough to not get scammed they fix the trading scam by giving you TWO screens to look at before you full accept the trade. Maybe they need to just look at what there doing before just hitting accept simple as that. Clue scrolls are not gonna be a problem either i personally never had any problems of going into the wild and doing my clue the only thing that killed me was the chaos elemental. Also look at the current vote 90% vs 8% im pretty sure we can see were this is going. Good job jagex this is probably the best update i have seen in about nearly 4 years and for that i thank you.

i have been around since 2008 and i do not like to be followed by pkers when i am charging air orbs and the like. i do not even bring any thing in the wildy except anti poison pots tele tab and a knife to cut though the webs and also food so i can heal.

what i do wear is ring of life fortinity brace and phoenix necklace. but they should not make others fair game when they come to do a clue and going to runecraft in the abyss.
people do have a choice you know and some how i feel like it still is rigged. the voting i mean. khanbibi madskills admin
