I've been a Runescape player for many years and was addicted to it for a while and i still love it. I've read through many posts and many people are against this. In the original poll many people went through their friends lists and just put in theier names and i was asked (in some cases told) to add inactives friends names to it. I also think the current voting system is flawed because what if the majority of the players want free trade but do not want the wilderness returned? I beleive it would be beneficial to have multiple ooptions for players to specify the content wanted bye the community. Good day to all and Merry X-mas.

I vote yes on both, bring back the wild and the free trade. I loved those two things about RuneScape and I stuck with it faintly to see this day come again, I can't wait to see these updates! I loved old RuneScape!
Although I love the G.E, which should be kept, there will always be G.E prices and Street prices. Which I enjoy, I also love to roam the wild without being killed by other players even though I love pking. I think if you bring back the wild, players should get an option as to why their in the wild, for pking or for special uses like... Agility training course, killing dragons, minigames and such.
Depending on why their in the wild, weather they will be able to pk and be pked.
Can't wait!!

I voted yes because the pro's vastely overpower the cons, but i think the best possible way things could be is if they brought back free trade and brought back wildy, but also kept pvp/bh worlds (especially bh+1 world's which i like alot). And in Bh+1/bh/pvp worlds instead of making it a pvp drop with ep, you make all their items and you can still get targets, but it will be their items plus a bonus for how good the kill is,how long the fight is, the risk etc. And so they'd get the items your target risked plus a little bit extra pvp drop for it being a target kill otherwise there'd be no point to waiting for a target. Just my ideas on the ideal outcome of this vote and situation. Respond on what you think

Also i love the g.e. and hope they keep a price suggestion(very helpful because for quests and stuff sometimes i dont even know a general price something should be at) for items and just take off the max/min price of what you can sell/buy for.

I recently came back 3 weeks ago, I'm pre wilderness and I know the system for what it was and what it is today. I have seen how much jagex has grown in the time I havn't played their membership has increased and they are making more money now than they ever have in the past.
Reimplimenting the problems of the past is a huge step backwards. Recreating the game to tip the scales in favor of those that seek to take advantage of those around them in unfair ways creates a negative game enviroment that is bad for future business. Sure you get back players that quit for reasons of less freedom in pvp, but how many future customers do you turn off by making it easy to take advantage of them.
Right now the game is fair and balanced it has something for everyone that wants to play. There is no reason to change it and take all that away.
I can see what calming is doing he's spamming with his little figure to make it less likely other players will read the post that might make them think what the vote is really for. The glamor of the old wilderness is one that's lost when the reality of what it was hits the kids that are told fanciful tails of glory and conquest.
PvP on all worlds creates an unfriendly atmosphere it shouldn't be imposed on those that arn't interested, 27k is a lot of people that arn't interested can jagex really turn a blind eye to them now?

People are too much under the assumption that once this change comes into place that the wilderness is going to be flooded with people on all worlds. That isn't the case.
There are going to be tons of worlds where the wilderness is relatively empty.
Thats where the excitement of the wilderness comes in though. You have no idea if someone your level is going to be at the same spot, same world, and same time as you in the wilderness.
Also, if you pay attention to white dots on the map, bring tele runes and food, and three item, chances are you are not going to be attacked (or at least you'll get away or have time to log out).
