The Amulet Of Fury is where it is for a couple reasons
Because of the difficulty of getting an Onyx, 2.7m Tokkul, possible loot from Kingly Impling, and as a rare drop from the Corporeal Beast.
The fact that not everyone makes Onyx amulets from their Onyxes, and enchanting them.
Also, the price increases because it's the best amulet in the game, "low" supply and high demand.
