This is absolutely ridiculous. I'll be boycotting this vote of course- i read before voting.

As regards this:
Wilderness:
*Is good as is, it's been developed to such a degree that to turn it back to pre-2007 days would have a negative effect- no clues, no Spirit of Summer questing wildy questing, etc...
*I like it the way it is as it is nice and fun to explore, and the danger of the revenants is A-OK.
*Back when I was a newb, playing in the wilderness was ridiculously dangerous. I'd be lucky to get to level 35 wilderness before being killed by a hungry player- etc...
Free Trade:
*Rather than being lifted entirely, should be eased or not changed at all...
Personally I think this would be a big mistake- as someone said; we fought so hard against bots and RWT, bringing back Free Trade and old style wildy will bring them back too...

EVEN IF *everyone* wanted those back, (most people don't really care one way or the other, ie every player who played before and after update)even if that were true, some of those same people who want wildy back DON'T want RWIT back, and I am highly skeptical you can allow unlimted item transfer to the player of your choice without inviting RWIT, yes, there is some rwt now, but nothing compared to pre-trade-limits, and nothing compared to what could be again post-trade-limits.

Oh, and if you are actively in favor of the effects of bots and rwt on the economy, might I remind you that both are and have always been against rs rules?

The Wilderness WAS the good old days of Runescape. It gave this game the exact "wildcard" factor it needed to become what it is today. I'm sure that Jagex removed it largely due to botting problems and cheating but it was so enjoyable and competitive. Its free pvp system also matched this game itself instead of a system with an unrealistic safe zone and drop that does not match what the oppenent carried, but still in the end the drop system isnt even what matters most, but just the basics of the old wilderness.
As for free trade coming back it seems that those who oppose it are still angry about some scam that they fell victim to so long ago just because they weren't being wary enough. Free trade is also a plus to Runescape but between the Wilderness and free trade i believe the Wilderness is the more important of the two!
PLEASE, BRING THEM BACK!!
