I'd like to point out the the way the poll is set up is very very flawed. Just yesterday I saw a guy telling his friend he was voting for other people, even people who didn't want the trade/wildy reinstated. I wouldn't be surprised to see that my name is on there, even though I am very much opposed to the trade/wildy revert.
Jagex, this poll cannot be taken with any seriousness, there is no control over voting and no option for opposition.
Botting isn't even the problem, it's the gold selling companies that can pay people pennies per hour to farm with a lvl 3 skiller to sell gold. Open trade means opening it up to RWT. Opening it up to RWT means Jagex spends more time dealing with RWT. Every hour spent dealing with RWT means an hour less working on legitimate content.
Opening up trade hurts everything else in Runescape. Think about it.

as some of you have been saying no ***sward was nessicary to vote and its true i had multiple ppl say they voted for me and its like ummm.... i dont want ti i didnt vote for it so how can they vote for me to say yes when i say no! also to the point takes 5-10 minuites to creat a new account to vote with 1 million members voteing yes in 24 hours just means theres a lot of losers that are tricking jagex

wilderness:

*there is no more 75k/25k tricks.
*there will be a new item protection rule and replaceing with a new one.
*current bh/pvp worlds will be removed.
*all worlds will be reverted back to dangerious which means once you cross wilderness wall your in pvp areas.
*lastly all items, yes ALL ITEMS will be dropped on death other then your protected item if applicable

free trade:
*** will remain where its at but how its used will be modified for example,
- when you sell an item you will be able to put any, ANY ammount in and choose weather you want more/less/same
-when buying items it became more of a bidding war takes the closest offer to the next item thats forsale and so on
*there will be no ge limits example,
10 whips for 4 hours 10k pots for 4 hours ect..
*lending system stays in place adn is modified to carry out loans of up to 3 days.

lastly the release date although its hard to say they are trying for new years day.

Absolutely 100% yes. Old rs was way better than what it has become today. everything is safe unless you purposely want to risk, you can't get scammed, you virtually risk nothing ever. There are plenty of warnings such as the wilderness wall and popups in trade screens to prevent people from being stupid. My interest in rs has lessened since the trade limit and removal of the wilderness, but every single person that used to play with me back in the day would love JaGex to fix their mistake. And for those of you saying "goodbye clue scrollers" and "no more stealing creation" people were able to navigate the wilderness in the old days. It just requires more than minimal thought processes and you actually have to pay attention (Oh no!)We miss world 2 fally and seers village and the fun of pking in the old days. As long as youre not stupid youll have more fun. I support completely

Jagex is going to bring back the wilderness and free trade but before they do that they want to do this vote to break the world record and get the word around so the old players can return that left after the removal of the wilderness.
Very smart of jagex to do that. Stop making them look bad.

I think they should keep these I've read many posts where people like the new gameplay bounty hunting & full world PVP seem to be popular among some groups. Maybe just make most worlds old PVP but keep 1 or 2 for those groups who like it even if only temporally just to see how popular they are compared to the original PVP option.
Or Maybe make some hybird original PVP with targets to kill as well who give you an extra large reward ontop of there drops? Ofcourse keep the full world option some like Pking in all of scape different environments add to the experience.

Personally I'd like to see a full voting system on something that has the ability to re-shift the whole of RuneScape. I am a pre Wilderness & Fair Trade Runescaper, I've witnessed and understood the highs and lows of both era's, and **** Wilderness and Fair Trades.
I don't like this being a petition. I'd like to see a "Vote No" area. I'm also disappointed that people can vote more than once. There should be an I.P limit to one vote per address. This entitles old players to still have their vote, and current players to not spam the "Yes" button.
