If returning the game to the RWT and bot filled conditions that existed prior to December 2007, where Jagex themselves made their own claim that they'd have to shut down the entire game if things continued without change, and trying to do what is best for the game and not just for my own desires (perhaps like just wanting to PK and not care about what happens to the game as a whole so long as I can pwn some noob and get his stuffz) because I don't believe they have a handle on the situation as they so claim is selfish, then yes. Guilty as charged. I am being selfish.

oh im sorry, you must be one of those players who must think that runescape is played by people who all think like you.
last time i check wilderness and free trade was removed for a reason, not everyone can be as well minded as yourself.
its not like scammers say hey you come to wilderness so i can kill you and take your stuff and then they agree, no. people get lured and told lies and end up losings years worth of work. somehow i dont see that as fair

i think jagex won this award because of their flexibility towards upset players. this negotiability led to many great features that came together to make the jagex team the undesputible Golden Joystick Award winners.

i think you should reconsider your arguement here because 99% of the people voting for this update are the same players that alledgedly "quit"
maybe you should show someone gratfullness towards jagex that they are actually taking our feelings into consideration and are letting us choose how we want to go on about moving forward in the world of runescape. (and yes, i do understand that the body of land we play on is not actually called runescape).

The thing is it wasnt like they were going bankrupt before, "THEY still made a ton" of money off us, how do you think they can afford to pay over 100 employees. I believe epically with all the "new procedures" they have they can combat it even more while making money.
