I agree with ANDROKLESS.
Why other people must suffer if young users without experience got scammed etc. Everythink comes with an experience and if you are smart player you will never get scammed, caught breaking rules and so on.

People who played in 07-09 should really not talk and say garbage about what runescape wants to let us become. all you do is complain about how hard it will be to do this and that... guess what in 06 05 04 03 02 01.. people did it that way you would run into the wild to do your clues to do everything and it was so much fun. people will adapt stop crying about it.... i know it can be bad for you.. and all this but think about it soo many players quit because pvp was the only thing they came to runescape to do thats what i lived for i lived for pvp thats it nothing else mattered. now in day u risk 4m in bh.. and u gain what 400k loot... really? come on if you think that is better than old wild your a complete idiot.. old wild you could fight fair and you would pk for fun... major profits would be gained. like if you pked a guy with full rune and a whip and idk a dfs... if he was skulled you would gain all of that.. it only makes sense you kill and pickup deads guys loot. we all know this will bring back scamming and bring back hacking etc... but its your choice if you get hacked or scammed stop complaining. if someone tells you " hey wanna go into the wild and do this and that.." say no and walk away is it that hard? if your trading someone make shure everything is correct on the trading screen on the second trading mirror. besides what is the mini game for the colorful boots for anyways? for security measures all of us are aware of scamming and hacking so its no excuse. face it. you will have to adapt. so stop crying and saying no... no... just go back to fletching or what ever you do.. you obviously never pked or tried to and got owned. let the pking family be happy and pk all we want we never messed with your fletching or woodcutting or ur fishing. thats all i have to say! btw i believe we should keep the ge as a guideline for prices. and trade should be back like the old times that was fun give friends a helping hand.

What do you mean "CAUGHT." If you break the rules so be it. You SHOULD get punished as I once did. I learned the rules are for safety and for the best. Really when jagex studios sent me a message. I begged for forgiveness. I hope things are still fair.

First of all i am already hearing people saying things like "VOTE NOW" and "I CANNOT WAIT"
as if they are implying this will definately happen,
it also amazed me that there is only a yes option to click on this huge decision,
has this decision already been made? But im also hearing things such as to how much of a silly idea this is.
But lets remember guys the jagex family is giving US the PLAYERS of their game the opportunity.
no. the power to make what will probably be the biggest decision in runescape history (so far).
so what do us runescape fanatics want? because i know that there is obviously going to be clashing about this decision between "old time runescape players" and the "new school players" who wernt around during the "good old days".
both options have pros and cons and i think us players and the jagex team need to explore these options together before making any hasty decisions because, lets face it, three years ago when the whole wilderness and free trading system was removed there were actually riots of the " old time runescape players" demanding these wonderful features be brought back to runescape,
now three years later we face a big decision. do we want to go back to the old days of being able to tip your friends 2m+ because we got lucky with the clan, or, do we want to keep runescapes pvp/trading system how it is now,
completing the games content to extend our trade limits or to not be jumped by a gang of high level magicians for the clothes on our back and coin in our pockets when we venture to deep into the wilderness.
or perhaps thats exactly how we want it.
either way there will be players upset with EITHER decision made, so maybe we need to work together to come up with a responsible decision amongst ourselves on whether we want the old days back or if we just want to keep things the way they are.
maybe,
a poll could be made of all the good ideas we come up with and then, well majority rules. or just simply put a "no" option on the vote.

I agree with this due to the fact of:
1.will stop scams
2.will make it so you know average price

Look ive Heard alot of Stories I really hope there not true a player mod came to The cc i was in and said That the vote is fake? Because theres not an No opition and its to take ur mind of the lagg? Im not lagging but if people are i suggested they get better internet plans i really hope this vote isnt a fake hope. Because if it was alot of people who got hope from this will rage and quit just like when u got rid of it. I hope its not fake i think this Vote would bring alot of players back and pking..
