An issue is that your only counting one side of the argument in doing so your devaluing your customers opinion your more or less telling them to keep there vote to themselves as you don't want it to count at all since your not actually counting it. You don't want us to see the total number of votes from the other side. Quite often this is done to rig an outcome in one direction. As we cannot see just how many votes the other side got we can only take your word on if they won or not...
Next up you have over 300 million accounts of which most are still playable yet your only allowing upto 9 million means that they cannot ever get to a majority this also makes it look like the poll is rigged in favour of the current system.

Personally I don't care how this turns out as I liked old wilderness & free trade. I also like the new PVP options & the improvement in community that we have now along with nice things like less bots & such that the newer option brung although I can't stand the caps you put in the GE there ridiculous.
What I do not like is the clear discontent your showing your customers with this rigged poll our vote matters not these sort of polls are designed to force an outcome that is usually pre determined so no one should get there hopes up.

Now someone is probably going to get all crabby at me for those harsh accusations & there is a chance that you had nothing but good intentions & just did not realise what you did if this is the case just change the poll to a more standardised one where both sides are counted so that the poll actually has some meaning.

Free trade could go a long way to put an end to merch clans controlling the economy if we lose our dependence on the GE and start trading with each other instead, setting our own prices and offers.
Then with PK as it is, we have 76k tricks which is a nothing more than huge GP falling from the sky on these people.
Maybe both systems are broken, but which of the two would you prefer?
Free trade and Wilderness PKing at least gives the game more interest and challenge. Maybe it won't be all about who bought what skillcapes anymore. Less focus on 99s and more focus on gameplay has to be a good thing.
Tbh, I'd much rather bargain with a woodcutter than put in an order on the GE.
And with Wildy back, think how much your potions and food will be in demand. Skilling makes a comeback.

Wildy is supposed to be dangerous place to go, if you want a peaceful place, I suggest you to go chaos tunnel or lumbridge is the peaces* place in runescape.
Secondly, people are not blind. They can double check first before they click the final button to aceept the trade.
