Excuse me while I laugh at the people on this thread (LOL). A perfect example of the kids you were talking about. However I find it rather insulting that you only think of PKers as kids who have nothing better to do. For me, as you may be able to tell I'm no kid, it was just more fun than skilling (and if you looked me up you'd find I'm a horrible skiller lol). True the players that think they "pwn, are pro, legends" w/e are seriously annoying. But you just got to remember they're kids, and they probably don't know what the sun looks like, so just pity them and move on. And yes I can see how you'd need to be doing something in the wildy, w/e it may be, and get interupted by some nub pker (I'm 130 myself with just prayer and summon not 99 =P). But it's kinda what makes it fun to me. Always got to be looking out.

The economy was more stable when there was free trade and no GE so you dont ha ve to worry about people overpricing a rune for 500k when its worth 500gp, it all works out at the end of the day. =). They are leaving a general set price i think it probably will go up and down but im not sure.

Runescape isnt going to be ruined, its going to come out of this deperession that its facing now. If your quiting soon, sorry to say, you wont be missed by much. And no need to get offensive? your the most offensive ranter ive seen today.
You still havent made any of your points clear. All i know is you just dont want the update to come, and your right and everyone else is wrong.

Now with no wilderness=very little RWT. The Wilderness contributes to so much RWT idiot. If you can't work the out then wow please go back to school or pay attention in school at least. You need to seriously develop you're mental ability.
It was a direct link and leading factor for the removal of the Wild. I can't explain it any other way to you kid, you are just going to have to figure it out on you're own.

Ya know, I respsect both those who vote yes and no. It was up to you, its your vote not mine. But what Jagex is doing is a load of rubbish. How are you going to run a referendum, get overwhelming yes votes (91pct out of 1.2m votes!) and still say "ehh...we're not so sure." I've lost faith in Jagex, seriously. Call it QQ'ing, call it what you want. I was considering on buying a year of membership if old wildy and freetrade came to pass and was reintroduced but all this looks like now is Jagex doing a marketing scheme. There i said it. If they do however try and please 91 pct of their voters, because who will miss 2pct...seriously?, I will purchase a year of membership as soon as possible. My friends have been trying to get me back to play and the only reason i don't is because trade limit is ridiculous. I could care less about that gray and black playground you all call the wilderness

No, don't take it as an insult. I said a majority. I wasn't in any way referring to you as being a child. However if you go around asking people who PK more likely than not they are children. Yeah, only 99's in combat I don't have are 80 Summoning, 87 Prayer and 79 Ranged. I hate Ranged as you can tell. If I don't quit soon because of this annoying update, I'm planning on getting max combat.
That irrelevant however. Anyway yeah, I really hope they don't bring the Wild back they have enough worlds for PKers.

@AgileLegend, yes the wilderness did play a big role in RWT as well as luring unsuspecting people into ambushes. RWT still exists today tho, it hasn't stopped. Maybe it was more alive back then, then again Jagex was learning how to deal with it, as they very well said it themselves they found better ways to combat rwt and botters otherwise they wouldn't even bother with this. There will always be scamming/hacking/botters and rwt regardless of there being a wildy or not.

Actually smart one, I was a fairly good pkers back then. I grew up and it became pretty lame to do any more. I skill a lot now but I'm also quite active in activities like soul wars, the pits and every now and again castle wars.

Clearly you cant explain how you reached any of your conclusions. You dont understand much about RWT other than its bad, and you try to link it to the wilderness for no reason.
