On behalf of everyone here at Jagex we want to express our sincerest thanks for your votes, feedback and for playing such an important role in deciding the future of your game. We have been overwhelmed by the number of you who took part and are extremely grateful to all those who took it upon themselves to campaign so passionately both for and against the proposed update.

While the percentage of votes speak for themselves, it's important that we seriously consider all of your feedback and comments. So we'll be sitting down this weekend to carefully consider the next steps and will make an official announcement on Monday 17th January.
why did it take them almost 4 hours just to say that??

Just a message to all the people saying "ZOMG THERE WILL BE MORE BOTTERERS!!"
No, there will not be.
1) When there is a will, there is a way. If people want to RWT now, they can find ways around it.
2) The more botters there are, the easier it is to find botters. This also means that the more botters that are found, the easier other botters will be to find, simple logic, also, I bet that more people will start playing again, (Me included) so if there are more players around, there will be less places for botters to hide.
3) Alot of botters used the wilderness due to there was **r less people there. This is now a pretty bad idea.
The 3rd point might be a tad weak, but it still stands as a point, along with the other two points.

There WILL be more botters in the game, however, but are you really going to let some bots ruin the fun of the game? You said you have new ways of detecting them, so there is no reason to hesitate.
Also, about scamming. There is scamming even with the trade limit, and it is something we all go through. And if it was such a big issue, would the trade limit be put way before 2007?

i speaked with much ppl much ppl dont care adbout the wildernis or freetrade but she wont u give back the olf hp
the 99' when update was of hp evrybody was talking adbout ''javex is ruining runescape'' that is what much ppl wont back u guys can u give like old hp? back? already thx for listen
