I am personally one of those who have been hoping for the return of free trade and wilderness. It IS what made runescape, runescape after all. When I first saw the poll up I was so excited I didn't know what to do with myself. Though I am mostly just for free trade coming back.
Sure the return of these may open some doors for cheating, but it's bound to happen either way right? Not many people can remember what the "old runescape" was like because there are alot more players now. I think it would be a great oppertunity to everyone (old players and new) if they just embrace the idea.
However, I am worried that the wilderness is going to be too flooded to even get to level 10 wildy since there are so many more players now. It is incredible how much runescape has grown! But all is worth it to have our old runescape ways back :)
The runescape economy has also gone completley out of whack since the introduction of the GE. Don't get me wrong, it is convienient, but I don't feel it's worth the price the runescape economy pays.
So anyway lol I had some questions.
1. How is the GE really going to work after free trade? Will it still be there?
2. Are there still going to be revs?
3. Around when can we expect this update?
Sorry if these questions have already been answered, I just wanted to get my thoughts out there, and I will be continuing to read this thead :)

Go talk about this on Mod Nexus' thread, fmods and jmods are actually responsive there...

Or maybe Jagex is a small team because they want to remain humble and able to relate to us so they can't always just magically have everything appear and they're working on this as hard as they can but are understaffed and we're just making their work harder and making them feel bad by insulting them as well.

sorry, that's not any fault except for that of the moderators. they should not have started another thread if they do not intend to stop the flaming in them all. it shows the lack of use of the money that is made to appear as income. if there is a total number of players on member worlds, you know that at least half of that number will be solid income to runescape. if volunteers are being used to give the excuse "i volunteer for this" they need to be gone and replaced with someone who will do things correctly.

I think your wrong in my opinion. You DONT know what your talking about. Yes there are pvp worlds. But I think the majority of the players voted yes for a reason. You can have your own opinions but please dont talk about things that you have NO idea about. We are old players, meaning I have been playing for about 8 years or more. Im not sure about Dark Assassin, but please stop posting about things you have NO clue about. The majority of people voted yes, that means they have a reason for it to come back. So stop arguing and let it go. The "No" vote is not going to win as you can tell.
