The vote has been 91% since the start, and they would have known the result before they made the poll.
Before they made the poll they would have pretty much worked on it from then. The entire jagex team working on this, The trade wouldn't be that hard to bring back immediately in MY opinion. But I Am not a programmer. They should have known the result before the poll and worked off it from then mate...so

pk maged i doubt it will cost jagex a lot of money the money it would cost them to do this they would earn in more than a week of the update i know so many people who will start playing again purely for pking,, the votes should have stoped by now i admit its stil up for some reason, but people shouldn't expect the update today because realisticly its just not going to happen although i do think it will change sometime soon
