Lemonz's post on the first page, i believe is spot on in every aspect.
I used to play regularly, and then for me fun was lost around the time the Wilderness depleted as well as when the trade limit came into place.
As Lemonz mentioned, are you ready?
I still play from time to time and would probably be more of a regular user if they were brought back into play, but all in all, i vote yes. Bring. Them. Back.

Where the hell is the fun in a game , if you dont have a place where your suppose to fear dieing .
what do you feel now a days when you go into wild with full bandos and party hats etc , nothing beacuse your 100% safe, where is the fun in that??
i like a game with a little challange , i pkay and i like skilling , i like doing quest and clues in wild , and i like the feeling to know i could run into someone who would try to kill me . its fun .

I'm all for bringing back free trade but as for the wilderness i'd say no, now i do have fond memroies of killing those less fortunate and times when i was luckey enough to get super cool items but if it is brought back i and many others who kill green dragons will face the problem of PKers along with the revs. i'd rather have 1 gun to me than 2, also if free trade is back will the item value checker during the trade option be taken aswell? if it is then ****** to free trade aswell then

I thought that modifications will be made to change quests and treasure trials to make those safe again. If I'm wrong, plz correct me.

As for free trade, I think that I makes it so that if you have a friend, you can feel free to give them what you want. Honestly, I think that only noobs get scammed.

seriously i feel like this game is full of 10 year old girls who are afraid to step into wild , if you scare buy urself a dog, for the most part all the poeple you see complaining are eaither failed pkers or skillers that want everything easy, like you said yemie

Lmao i love the idea of free trade, wild won't effect me as i quit pking back in 07 lmao, honestly all these people saying runescape was better back in 2007 are just stupid. The game has been updated so much its a 10x better game then it used to be and it will be 10x better with all those updates and free trade, im excited that runescape is going to be so great, going to shut down w.o.w for good :)

As a player of '03, i do not support the wilderness and free trade because i feel that too many people will become addicted to playing this game once again and ruin their priorities and end up missing the important things in life.
Having the wilderness removed and trade limits to a point of almost being static reduces the fun of this game to being at comparative levels with staring at the wall and will help deter most players from playing too long.
If you seriously need proof, i can show you my scythe.
