I am so happy to hear about this upcoming change, me and my friends stopped playing the game when everything went downhill, I heard about this vote online so naturally me and my friends who used to play have voted YES on prop 10!
I can see some people moaning about the change but this is such a small minority, the current votes speak for themselves.
Looking forward to returning to this great game again with my friends soon :)

@Nightrain18 and other skillers (with accounts made before dec 2007), it is not because you don't like pking you have the right to take it away from the people who do like pking. Skillers should just stay out of the wildy, it is supposed to be a dangerous area and not some skilling paradise.
For the scamming part you just check everything twice like a clever person would so so.
The bot part is something else, but don't worry if you're member it won't be that bad. But the f2p world will be something else. But jagex has to fight this without taking away a part of the game.

like i said, they've already said that they can do it all in the blink of an eye, meaning quests, meaning minigames, meaning revs etc. its not a stupid thing to post, somebody asked a question and i replyed to the best of my knowledge

I still think bounty worlds and pvp worlds should be modified to be like the old wilderness instead of all the E.P. crap and not getting what is dropped but some random rewards that normally do not match in any way what you deserve.
I also half-support free-trade, because on one hand, it was nice for some items but the grand exchange also made some items more available for noobs at money making such as myself but it also put other items completly out of reach.
So I half support each, but I'm sure my solution to the wilderness and PKing would satisfy both sides.

If jagex could open up stores to buy color clothes like green red just basic colors then if people know how they can mess up botters like flax botters, alot of bots use color-coded,so if people wore the same color as flax around flax bots then the flax bots would folow them an dtry to bank them they would just keep clicking follow and wen u take them far enough change clothes and the bot is glitched and walks in circles. on the wilderness i say you should make players be able to choose a setting before they jump over the wall and they cant change once inside it,like non-combat choice:players cant attack them and that player cant attack any other player- combat choice- vice versa-- he can get attacked and he can attack
