why cant pkers be happy with the worlds they have?
if im gona go to the wildy i dont wana have to bring my entire clan with me to make sure i wont die.
runite wil go up, spirit shields wil go up, everything wil go up. lots of skilers will quit meaning that you pkers *becaus you depend on them * will not have arrows, runes or armour to fight with . of course its never gona hapen though...i mean...really. think about it. 3 months away from april, lots of talk about guiness world records by j-mods, even a riot wouldnt make jagex change their mind *cus they were rite* , so why on earth would jagex do this now?????????
RAGEQUIT!

@roadkill,
jagex gave plenty of notice before implementing the trade limit, like i said it all comes down to people being purely stupid.
IF you know that if you give som1 somthing you wont be able to get it back the next day, then clearly doing it would be an act of stupidity.

Here is the only reason I would support the Free Trade, and I swear I'm not making this up.
(for the sake of better understanding, these friends will be referred to as Friend1(mine) and Friend2(his)
My best friend, back before I met him, was good friends with someone who owned a White Partyhat. Friend1 asked Friend2 to lend him Friend2's Partyhat. Friend2 saw no problem with this, as he trusted Friend1 to give it back, so he traded the Partyhat. A week or so later, the trade limit came out, and both were very mad. Friend2 couldn't get his Partyhat back, and Friend1 couldn't give it back.
This couldn't be fixed anyways, as my friend has forgotten the name and pass of his old account. But I just said this is the only reason I would support it.
========================
Then your friends didn't scape very much because Jagex told everyone this was going to happen if I remember correctly

Both wild and trade should be put back the way it was but i agree with other players. People would be scammed again. To solve this I think there should still be a set trade price but players should have the ability to sell items for whatever price theyd like. That way the grand exchange can easily stay in business and there wont be any disputes between item prices. As far as the wild goes that was the funnest thing in the game and that should definently be brought back.
Just enjoying whats left of of this wonderful game

the Ge will more of less turn into an auction house and its a players Responsibility to prevent being scammed jagex gave us the tools so its up to us and for the wildy its not all bad.. it will be like Revs almost not like all worlds will have 500+ pkers alone... everyone needs to chill out and think it over and think of all the possibilitys that would and could easily happen

So many people quit when Wildy was taken away.
So many people rioted when Wildy was taken away.
So many people still miss 'old runescape'.
NOW, WHEN JAGEX FINALLY GIVE US THE CHANCE TO HAVE IT ALL BACK. A SMALL MINORITY OF PEOPLE HERE BEGIN TO MOAN!
Think for a bloody second and look what has been given to you.
ACCEPT IT.
^thats the truth
and for all of you saying "its going to be hard to do clues" it was like it before, and it worked real well, and as for skilling, IT WORKED before.. so stop playing the same card over and over. really i could eat a can of ABC soup and crap out something better

+gold farming had been banned in china (where most of it came from) due to people using fake credit cards etc, so it will NOT be a problem, honeslty people have no real reason to be soo upset

By DobbelB on Page 1:
About getting scammed: The GE should stay, along with the GE price in the trade window.
------------------------------------------------------------
I completely agree with this. Just remove the trade limit so you can pay more or less for something, but the GE is great as it gives a guideline for the price of something. Additionally, its great for those "hard to obtain" items needed for quests or clue scrolls like splitbark helms, mud pies and other wierd stuff :p
As many others have said, this vote only offers a "yes" option or not vote at all...this leads me to think a decision has been made that IT IS COMING BACK no matter what the number of votes are.
Personally I think it might balance the economy. Having some botters is useful as they provide a regular supply of stock such as yew logs, pure essence and other raw materials. The prices of raw materials has skyrocketed over the last 2 years, primarily because skilling for money is dead and the vast majority of people either go pk'ing or monster hunting.
However, the wilderness changes could be very annoying. Many tasks such as simply running to the Chaos Tunnels to fight Bork or travelling to Stealing Creation could become deadly and much more time consuming.
Either way, I think leaving the game as it is now holds more potential future benefits for the game and community of Runescape than reverting to previous ways on a decision that was made over 3 years ago. So few of us actually remember what Runescape was like prior to this time. This is currently the new generation of Runescape and we're all used to the exchange and wilderness.
If this is simply a cash grab by Jagex, it won't work. People who quit 3 years ago arn't going to come back and play now, they will have moved on from Runescape and furthered their lives. Work on improving current issues of gameplay, not revisiting old ones and recreating problems which were dealt with 3 years ago...
