It seems the people are divided on this matter. Maybe there is a way to make, probably not everyone, but the vast majority happy.
Free Trade Example: Why all all or nothing when it comes to free trade? Can't Jagex just simply make some option to turn "free trade" on or off? This would help combat cheaters and scammers because both parties would have to agree on the price. This "price" I speak of is already in affect through the Grand Exchange so it's not like a n00b won't know (s)he's getting scammed. If he doesn't want to buy a pot of flour for 8000gp then (s)he doesn't have to, since the price is already set at around 111gp. But (s)he could agree to buying it at 8000gp if (s)he wants to. This would also help out players who have more money than they know what to do with give, if they wish to give it to friends or give items to friends or whatever the case may be.
Wilderness Example: Change the wilderness back to the way it was but change "PVP" worlds to "*insert clever name*" worlds. In these *insert clever name* worlds the wilderness would be just like it is now; revs, clan wars, but no PVP. This is done so people who do clue scrolls won't get destroyed by PVP'ers camping at coordinate spots. This also ensures the humble runecrafters won't get annihilated by players who obviously have nothing better to do with their time than aggrevate others. Too keep these worlds from being flooded maybe you can't log on to these worlds unless you have a clue scroll WITH wilderness coordinates on it.

I'm just shooting out ideas here...
Maybe this has been said before, maybe it hasn't. It's just a thought.

I Joined Runescape 7 Years Ago , Quit in 2007 After Update, now that i hear about this new update i am coming back , jagex will s** alot more monthly payments from me for sure.
Let me put it this way , people cryed back in 2007 not to take off wild and free trade , now some people are crying not to bring it back , Its call ( adjust & Adapt ) people will get used to the old runescape again and live happly ever after.
I love how in the first pages of this thread people specially mods are complaining hard , saying that RWT will be back and bots ETC. Have you people been hiding Under a rock for the last 2 years??? RWT has not ended it will never end , nor will bots , deal with it , its in every game and always will be.
This is the best Thing Jagex Could give us for 2010.
I support them 100% and im sure alot of people do so too. if not why is there a 91% VOTE YES.
Thanks

Well as far as wilderness goes im a little iffy i like the way it is being able to get everywere we need to go without being supriesed ice barrage. maybe make a certine world where the wild is open season. Unlike pvp worlds where no matter where u are you get attacked. I alway found it nice not to be owned in the wild.
As far as free trade deffinatly! i have a friend who was sapposed to give me some items, as he was quitting the game, but exeade the trade limit by far. 25Mill worth of items i was so stoked. Then the trade Limit came. You guys have done a fantastic job with shutting down companies. Some of the "Widly" know ones are gone. Like the ones that would advertize in runescape.
Wilderness:Yes

i agree with some disagree with some....
i think the trade limit will help people get started and make making cash more iteresting. :) but...
if the oldwildy comes back then lvl 138 can just massacre the lvl 70s training so i dont know but generally its a good idea! :) but there should be a clue scroll world and a wildy agility training area as a friend was training hard for ages.

"This is done so people who do clue scrolls won't get destroyed by PVP'ers camping at coordinate spots."
Yeah, pkers may see a clue scroller and attack, but they do not camp coordinate spots. I did many many clues in old wild without getting attacked, and never found someone camping a coordinate spot.
Again, wildy clues are meant to be dangerous (even though they never have been).
