In my opinion, the free trade would be an excellent re-add to the game. I myself have experienced such things although i never noticed it until Jagex got rid of the free trade. I then shortly afterwards quit for 3-4 years because of it. For some reason i came back to runescape just 4 months ago, and i realized how great it expanded and evolved into what it is today.
My point is, runescape will alway get better, it will always have players and will always have popularity. The fact is, free trade made players quit and then made other players join at a very slow rate do to the players whom have quit, tell other players that runescape sucked, etc... but runescape still gained players. The free trade will accelerate that growth! For example, i have told many of my friends on social sites that it might come back and i received; not replies of mourn, but replies of excitement like in the old days.
I am glad that Jagex has reconsidered this and i look forward to the final moment... the moment in which the free trade will or will not be returned to this wonderful game Jagex created.

just get the feeling that it makes no difference what the results of the vote are cos it seems pretty obvious that jagex have already decided on the return of the wilderness.I just hope that they change clue scrolls and mini games etc so that to engage in these activities,you do not have to fight the inevitable groups of pkers,who are there to prey on those who do not wish to or are not equipped to become involved in pvp combat.Personally i have heard very few complaints about the way things are now for pkers,and i also wonder why we cannot vote for the trade issues in a separate poll,as i know many players who would love to see the return of free trade but not the return of the old wilderness.

I think the wilderness and trade limits coming back dont hurt anyone, id like unlimited trade back because im fed up with merchanting in the grand exchange.. are u gna tell me that it is not a "scam".. to call people into a clan chat, let them all buy an item .. to increase the price.. and ruin the economy of the items? and as for the wilderness, people.. the wilderness ditch is here.. luring is not as easy, so its not sumthing to worry about.. pvp worlds make u take all ur brawlers and risk items just to get piled.. old wildy, u didnt have those risks? altho i do like the current +1 bounty world..
BRING OLD WILDY AND TRADE BACK!

Binky clue scrolls should not be moved if wildy returns.
This has been dicussed at great length and I agree.
And yes I do enjoy doing clue scrolls and I often kill monsters in the hope of getting one, but I still agree they shouldn't be moved.

Mini-games situated in current wilderness locations will be relocated to safer areas around the world thus to ensure people do not get Pk'ed on their way to the mini-games.
As for clue scrolls, they will also be fixed to make sure that doing them is less dangerous.

I personally really want the wilderness back because, it is really annoying when you kill a high risker and you get some crappy artifact worth 10k. As for the free trade I really don't care if it comes back or not.
