I believe that this is a great opportuninty for the players of runescape.... although it also highly increases thier chances of getting scammed. I believe that Jagex should make 5-10 worlds that do not have the wilderness efect and a few free trade worlds.This will controll the scamming level. It also benifits new players so if they are nervous about losing items that they woked hard for and they have to go to the wildy, they can pick worlds where they will not get killed. Like I said, i think runescape will be better off making a few worlds have the effect instead of all of them. Although it may bring out old players, not all of them will still remember their passes or even account names and will be hesitant about creating a new character because runescape has been overrun by people who like scamming. Also one other serrious thing has to stop, and that is merchanting clans. They are making prices rise far too rapidly and scaming so that the clan members loose all of their hard earned cash.If runescape had a meathod of tracking clans names like "big bones 5k" or something like that, so that they can delete merch clans.

there are a few problems with this vote as I see it. first off, you can only vote yes for both or no for both, what about those players such as myself who would like to see free trade back, but the older, much more dangerous wildy stay out of the game? the shop stocks annoy me, and I would much like to see free trade back. however, please, leave the old wilderness out, because what are you going to do to all the minigames, cluescrolls, the beacon system, where would they go? I enjoy being able to walk the wildy without fear of being piled by pkers, or being completely shredded by a level 99 mage.
My final vote goes to free trade yes!

As stated about 1 million times on this thread and stated on the referendum, minigames are being relocated. Quests as well. Clues, Beacon Network and such will be looked at on a case by case basis. Hope this sheds some light onto your worry and quells it. ;)

Quests should be kept in the Wilderness! The guy with the quest cape says so!
It just might be difficult to do a Wilderness quest on the day of it's released. (that is if Jagex does make another wilderness quest)
