I remember when I was level 70 something and whips were just released. I just got 70 attack and was wanting one real bad. I had like 4m worth of items total. So I put a post on the forums and about 10 mins later a kid pms "I'll give you a whip for that" and I was like "Omg thank you". So i go to edge and he sais "Im up at the bridge alching" So I go and he trades me then moves a few spaces north I accept the trade. And I see a little white dot running down and I get blitzed and dds koed. Bye bye my bank. I learned a valuable lesson and think others should learn it as well.

Also please excuse my ignorance as i'm not a merchant but i thought free trade would make items go up since all those rares don't have a cap on them anymore meaning someone can charge a ridiculous some of money for a phat or 3rd age w/o worrying about junk and still get away with it.. So could someone set me straight please? Will prices fall or rise?
Either way i'm really excited because i miss the days when we were the deciders of how much we pay for something.
And I'm glad that pkers will now need skill to pk since us skillers really have it hard right now.

I remember one time I met this girl online and she said her dad had just gotten a whip from an abyssal demon and she said she'd give it to me at a reduced price because she liked me and her dad wasn't on at the time but if I gave her the money then I could get it from him later, needless to say I never heard from "her" or her imaginary dead ever again.
