Now in 2008 – 2010 after these radical changes people started to notice runescape and Jagex then won the following awards (please not they won none prior to 2007) :-
2009 Duke choice awards Bes* Desktop Game Project
2010 Private Company of the Year" award at the East of England Business Awards
Golden joystick awards
2009 UK developer of the year
2010 UK Developer of the Year
2010 Most popular games :-
3rd RuneScape, released 2001 - 5 million active users. A Java-based MMORPG operated by Jagex Ltd. with over nine million active free accounts. Boasts one million paying customers. Fancy that.
Why am I telling you all this well its quite simple really most people coming back after 3 years out will tell you that jagex lost fans and recognition after getting rid of free trade and the wilderness in 2007 and runescape has never been the same game however my debate is that they kicked out a lot of cheats and gained several awards in this time.
I personaly don’t understand why jagex after 3 years is deciding to give I nand let wilderness come back when it will bring back the bots and real world trading they fought so hard to get rid of in the first place and I believe if these changes take place we will go back to the old days (full of bots and cheats).

RS still has bots and RWTers. They just all found different ways to get around the trade limits and such. Alas, goodbye to your argument. Jagex have already stated that they will combat bots and RWT, their bot detecting technologies have been upgraded. I trust Jagex and their word is good enough for me. If they didn't feel that they could combat RWT and bots, they'd not have even allowed us to vote on the matter.

As for GoldenJoystick awards, you really can't be using that as an excuse. That award was never even advertised and neither were players even made aware that Jagex could be nominated in the pre trade limit days. We didn't get an opportunity to vote for Jagex back then but had we had the opportunity, Jagex would have won it before trade limits as well. It wasn't about the game not being good, it was simply because we were unaware that such an award existed.

The only freaking argument I keep seeing in your posts is "More bots and RWTers will come", maybe because i'm not able to read the rest due to a lack of dots and commas, but that's the only thing I've seen so far...
I've explained you the thing about bots and RWTers so many times now, save it in your head and THINK, don't repeat the same thing over and over again, it makes you ignorant.
Don't like the update, press "No" on the poll and wait till the 14th of januari, alright?
