@Weakly Busy
That post pretty much counters all these "people are mass voting yes by making different accounts and using them." excuses. These no-ers are sore losers who just can't accept that the majority do want free trade and wildy back. All this whining over the fact that they can't think of anything other than green dragons to make their money or they're too used to being babied by running safely to the Zamorak mage to go to the abyss without being attacked. I award you mass internets, good sir. You're obviously an intelligent player, it really is an honour to meet players like you and to know that such players exist on RS.
To everyone who argues that "yes" voters are rigging, you can't claim that "no" voters are not making multiple accounts to vote. As Weakly said, us "yes" voters are in a crushing majority, why would we have to have multiple accounts to vote for our already mass winning option? No voters at this stage...you've no chance of passing the yes votes, so honestly, why'd we mass vote using multiple accounts?

**TO ALL THE PEOPLE COMPLAINING THAT THE "YES" VOTERS ARE MAKING SEVERAL ACCOUNTS AND "CHEATING" THE VOTE**
You're wrong. First of all, when I last logged into the database, I checked each one of the "recent voters" on the side in the high scores, copied and pasted. Only about 2-3 of them weren't on the high scores, and many with total levels over 1200.
Second of all, go to any Runescape fan page where they have a poll of their own. The statistics are very close to the same, such as RuneHQ or Sal's Realm. All of them with their own poll have an OVERWHELMING majority of voters FOR the return of both the wilderness and PKing, although there is a slight chunk who would like to see only the free trade return. And tell me why people would waste their time making multiple accounts on these fan databases as well? I think not.
You losers have been owned, fair and square, and I'm tired of hearing all this whining about cheating when it's NOT.

Your comment doesn't even deserve a reply...
The whole point about this massive pollava over the wilderness and free trade is that the new pvp systems are absolutely nothing compared to the old PvP experience of the wilderness.
If PvP worlds etc. Were an acceptable substitute for the wild none of this would be happening...

Ohi im Astro 1.4 million votes in one day oringally
900k votes in 1 and a half weeks notice a drop?
thousands of new accoutns created in a week since this vote
but you knwo what who care about that i actualy want you to have your beloved wildy and free trade for at least 3 months as it appears its the only way you realise what i been saying about the problems it would create
then maybe we could have another vote and see whos changesd there mind?

Please see Arch's reply. Accept it already, you no-ers have been defeated fairly and squarely. Would it kill you to accept it with grace rather than bashing the opposition? I'm not saying that there were no multiple accounts voting for yes but then again, you can't say that there were no multiple a*counts voting for no. There certainly has been for both sides, it just so happens that more people want free trade and wildy than people who don't.
Come on already, that "you're gonna regret it." stance is not going to happen. Mostly everyone who played RS before the trade limits and revs etc enjoyed it and had no real complaints on it. It was a popular game even back then. The day of free trade and wildy removal, we had mass riots and many quit over it. Do you really think that it caused so much regret when people quit because it was being taken out? Why would we all regret it coming back when we didn't regret it and liked it for the many years that it existed?

Edit: As for the gaming awards, it wasn't even advertised pre-trade limit and we didn't even have an option to vote for Jagex. Jagex weren't awarded with the award not because the game wasn't good but because the award wasn't exactly advertised and none of the players were made aware of the award or that we could put Jagex forward for it.
