That "people bot to make accs and votes" excuse is really beginning to get to me. If people are mass voting for "Yes.", then sure as heck people are doing it for "no." as well. Nothing stops someone opposing free trade to create other accounts to mass vote. So, your point isn't exactly valid there. Both sides are capable of doing it, you don't have any proof of who is voting in a legit manner and hence, can't make such silly accusations.
As Arch said many times, botting and rwting still exist. No matter what, cheating will exist as long as some idiots have the will to do so. It's unfortunate and it's a hard truth but we have to accept it.

Its not ok for people to make NEW accounts and vote for them but hear this and dont try to diverse from it.
If there was more people who wanted a no then the majority of the votes would be on no.
With meaning that, yes people are making new account and vote for thier case. But It GOES BOTH WAYS.
Only reason the no:ers not having as equally many votes is because they are FAR from same amount.
There is no 100% fair way of voting but when its 90% yes you are crushed if your on the no side.
No argue about it, and btw as you say I should learn how to read I now tell you that you have to learn to write.
It Is almost impossible figure out that you ment that people shouldnt be able to vote on no if they dont have an account from 2007.
Maybe you should read your comment again.

also if you are not old enought to have seen wildy but you was around before the first date of this vote you deserve to vote as it effects you.
With this comment means that you should be able to vote no if you seen this poll? You give mix signals dont, leave that.

The chances are the "no" voters are making more accounts because they are losing, limiting one account per computer would only hurt no by probably 1 or 2%; why would yes make more accounts to vote if theyre winning by so much? Common sense please.

Andre Dungan and other people my point is not who could do it but *he fact that it could be done itslef means this vote could be rigged which means if it could be flawed it should be null and void and forced into a re vote
now i get this aint politics or the real world but they opened it to a vote and if they really want to see he comunitys opinion they should make sure the vote is secrue and can not be rigged

Weakly probably wouldnt make a diffrence maybe like 20000 votes less or something like that. Its not that many.
There are many boots but they generally dont care.
They still make money and maybe even "MORE" now because it takes longer to trade it.

Fred...
That is impossible, there will always be people like you sorry using that frase but hear this out.
If people were only limited to 1 vote per computer, there would be an issue with someones brother or sister that is playing on same computer or, ip changers etc.
Its endless, and the losing side would always come up with excuises. Will never change.

You are a saint, my friend.
Everyone who is worried about bots;
JaGex would not even think about introducing an update like this if they didn't think that they would be able to handle the inevitable flood of people trying to bot and buy GP with real money.
I have checked up on it and the Chinese government have indeed made trading virtual money for real life goods and services illegal which will, I'm sure put 90% of the online gold shops in an uncomfortable situation.

The only reason people vote no is because they're afraid of change. You "no" voters believe the game is just perfect the way it is. The fact of the matter is runescape closely resembles aspects of a totalitarian society. No free trade, set prices, set drops in PK; and many other things that don't relate to this thread. While my comparison may be a bit extreme I do seriously think it is clear that it does hold some truth. Why this even is a vote is beyond me, this is a game; and we are voting for freedom or chains?
