Darth you have no proof of any rigging. You're just blowing statistics out of your you know what. And seven deadly sins? What relevance does that have to my kill in pvp if I had killed that player shouldn't I get rewarded with equality not something less than I was put up against?

CHECK THE FACTS ZISC! I'm not making up numbers off the top of my head, besides the 98.67576456 number. That's made up. Go check the recent voters, see how many are ranked, it'l be 4/15 or less. Really, I'll be here. Go check.

i think that both should come back, and people that got riped off on trade's should look at what they are doing! and the wild, dont take any thing you want to keep in there people say all the time. "i lost all my stuff in there!!!" well what i ask them is...why did you take it in there???

Even if 1/15 recent voters aren't ranked, that doesn't really prove anything. Unless you have been monitoring the last 15 for the entire 2 weeks (in which case, you need to take a break).
I would bet that a majority of ranked players probably didn't wait 2 weeks to vote.

To the below.. you actually couldn't check the IPs even if you wanted to. Jagex could though, and I'm sure they do. Infact I bet they could come up with lots of interesting statistics (which I would love to see).

I'll adress Owning and User with this one:
If you simply go and check the polls recent voters, and look all of the 15 up, you can clearly see that a majority (11/15 or higher) are accounts that are NOT ranked. Which supports the idea that bots are being created to vote yes. All the proof is right there in front of you. If I was a computer geek, I'm sure I could check the IP's of the users too, but since I'm not, I can't. Soz.

Oh snap, I got to quickly get my Runecrafting to 99. Maybe they will move the Mage of Zamorak closer to the border from non-wildy to wildy?

If 1/15 are ranked, that changes a lot, actually. Then the number of players who voted yes decrease very rapidly, from the 90 some%, to like 3%. Which, if you remove all the bots and multiple accounts and only count old players who didn't stop after '07, the vote is like 40/60 with No being the winner.
