@ Zirlat
You are either naiive or an idiot... one of the two.
I'm a veteran Runescape player, and NONE of what you said is relavant unless you're 12 years old and make the same mistakes OVER and OVER again. Personally, I got scammed like once, and although it sucked, I learned my lesson.

@ Mainac Devil
- The Wilderness becomes a rather dangerous area again and players can kill each other for their items
- PVP, Bounty and Bounty +1 Worlds removed (game mechanics may be re-used in the future)
- New objects that affect combat will be analysed on an individual basis
- Gravestones will still be used outside of the Wilderness
- Various PVP items and gear will still be available and won’t become 'rares'
- Revenants patrolling the Wilderness will be relocated
- Content located in the Wilderness will be reviewed as follows:
- Quests (e.g. Spirit of Summer) and Activities (e.g. Clan Wars) will be relocated
- Other content (e.g. Treasure Trails, the Beacon Network and D&Ds) will be looked at on a case-by-case basis
Sounds a lot like the "old wild" to me ;)

I know right? Out of curiosity i searched for gold farming sites and they are selling cheaper than ever! If anything it's WORSE. These sites claim to get you money on your account, then they steal your account and use it for gold farming. AND they steal your money/ credit card.

There are only about about 1100 pages on this forum. On average, there are 5 posts per page.
There are currently nearly 1 million votes.
It is clear that the majority of the people voting are not coming to the forums to chat after they vote. The reason is quite simple: they want what is rightfully theirs-what was taken away from them back in 2007 and they really, quite honestly, don't care about those who refuse it. They don't want to have to read about players who can't use their brain to figure out a good price for items. Or can't consult their friends before making large purchases to avoid scamming. Or whine when they loose all their good stuff in the wildy because they decided to go derping around in a place they knew was dangerous...
The point: just about everyone who is refusing this is acting like an infant, just as they were when they lost all their stuff. So they cried and mommy and daddy Jagex came a took away everything they couldn't deal with and babied them and gave them all the rules that they should follow so that they could stay out of trouble when it reared its homely and OBVIOUS head.
Apparently they haven't learned anything, I suppose.
Basically everyone disagreeing here doesn't doesn't believe pking has a place in an online rpg. They are the selfish ones who want to turn us away from such a great game because they can't deal with a few challenges posed by other, often more skilled, sentient beings.
Ah, I forgot:
Dear Maniac Devil,
That is exactly what we want, thank you very much. The fact that you squirm at the idea that we are, in fact, succeeding in attaining our desire makes it all the more enjoyable.
Best regards,
Windfaro
