Yes I agree with these following updates, the population on this game was very high up there until the pvp update and trade limit. Also, the price at the bottom of the trade box should stay but players will still be aloud to go higher or lower, just for the sake of the buyers/sellers know the rough amount.

To me the Wildy isn't about proving who's strongest (Duel Arena is where I go for that). It's a source of exhileration and adventure of the very best kind in Runescape- unpredictable. It's not a boss fight where you watch for subtle movements to figure out the next move, nor is it a quest, which can only be altered so many ways.
It's the place for finding secret meeting places, getting together with friends, messing with PKers, PKing itself (risk/reward). It's the place of adventure, not simply PKing.

I just want someone to answer why all of my friends left to play WOW as soon as wildy was taken out back in 2007. And btw... those who keep saying that pvp and bounty hunter worlds are fine the way they are.. i'll tell you what... the system is just dumb it doesn't work and that's the reason why people have been quitting pking and rs itself. Pking is by far the most enjoyable activity most online games have, the art of been challenged by other people to compete for their stuff and at the same time see your bank grow as you have fun. I as an owner of a turmoil rune pure... could get as many as 100 kills while dying 5-10 times and still lose money nowadays that drops suck more and more.... The system just doesn't work and that's why people are not happy about it and want it fix. Also... lately lags overcrowd BH worlds more and more because is the place where most people concentrate... not to tell about the ever growing 1 itemers... that abuse the ridiculous target system by going deep into wilderness with like another 50 1 itemers into multi to not only pist their targets off by not fighting but also making them waste their precious time after they lost the only chance they had to get something decent (as only way to get somethign worth is killing targs) . My fellow friends have been dropping people risking over 20m and getting under 20k loots too... Seriously Jagex and those who are against wildy... Do you think people want to play such bs and get furious over such crappy drops? Even those people that do pk for fun (i'm included) at one point or another wont just be able to afford to pk and thats what it sucks the most.
And to those that say that runescape is run by skillers and not by pkers... Don't forget that bots are exactly that... skillers... So stop complaining if the vast majority of people want wilderness as it used to be... Just don't make it free trade to solve for the issue of RWT or like other games do, look the other way and let the most people be hapy

sweet jesus, can every drop this matter I just clicked to see what the latest buzz is and you lot are aruging for or againsnt as if this is a court room.
Now get one thing straight, Wilderness and free Trade IS coming bacmk or Jagex wouldn't have even gone through this trouble and im sure they arn't stupid enough to take it back as there have been this many 'yes' and they know themselves they will make alot more money buy having alot more people playing again.
So haters keep on hating but just drop this, because to people who disagree simple. Deal with it. People who are happy it's coming back stop arguing with the people who dont.
We all live in a world thats changing. Get used to it.

All kidding aside.
I can see both sides of the argument as being correct!
Hence the only possible remedee is this....

Create a way to play like Runescape does Classic.....
Rs1 - (Classic)
Rs2 - (2007)
Rs3 - (As it is now)

This should satisfy everyone and is the ONLY FAIR way to play this game.
It also make monetary sense as Runescape will reap the benefits of cash from this Resolution!

btw the reason votes are sky roketing in the last couple of days is because jagex decided to put a main (one) banner on the front page for it, meaning that everyone that goes to runescape's site will see it before hitting that big ol' play button.
Im all for old wildy / trade

I think thats your opinion and happy that you think that pkin is the most enjoyable...but know this..Runescape did a poll already on the most enjoyable and pk was on the bottom of that list! I think Quests and Clue scrolls won that poll in 2006
