I'll just put in my two cents, I think that what jagex could do and possibly will do would either increase the number of mods, either increase the penalties of botting and RWT to more legal actions, or probably even make it so once a player reported another, the accused would be banned until jagex could evaluate the ban.
Personally, I played from 2004-2010ish. So I was there for the highs and the lows of runescape. But what I'd personally say is before GE and trade limits, there was still an economy. When the trade limit was implemented, it crashed. Which is probably what'll happen now, but who cares, it'll always come back.
Also, do you guys really think that if this goes bad that Jagex will really choose to leave it? Their trusting us and their putting their faith in us because we've been good little boys and girls and they believe we deserve the wildy and free trade. So I vote yes, and I say lets see how it'll turn out.

"I personally think brining back the wilderness is ok IF you get clue scrolls and maybe even green drags into a safe area. Also i think free trade should come back. there used to be a whole lot because asian comapnies would gold farm. however ive heard the selling of virtual money in most asian countries is now illegal. This should help alot. also i dont see the trouble behind scamming. getting tricked to go into the wildy? Youre pretty stupid if that happens to you. Or spending too much money for something? theres a thing that lists cost on the bottom of the trade screen."

Bro, back in the golden ages, green dragons was fun with pkers around. Yeah you can't wear your best items, but D bone prices will rise so it evens out. And as far as clue scrolls, does it hurt to just go to an uncrowded world, wear nothing, and have an inventory of sharks? And dude let me tell you, botting is always gunna be around, gold farming will always be around, but Jagex is doing a lot to take care of it. In the state the game is now, we still have TONS of botting and TONS of gold farming. But I agree, scamming is a part of life just don't be stupid!! :) People are being legit babies.

i think free trade coming back will be awesome! and for the people who get scamed thats there own falt for being idiots.
as for the wildy...i`m ok with it but with over powered (and magic spells) weapons like the chaotic weapons and god weapons, whips, etc it`ll be hard not to get killed in less then 3 hits >****;.
Just have to see how it all unfolds

i know im kinda mouthy and i talk back to people but...
i have been dieing for pvp and free trade to come back, and im mad at all the noobs that vote no for no reason...
also iv been playing sience 2003

did you know when the party hat came out i sold mine in genreal store..... at that time part hats were worthless and i was also a dumb noob..

one more thing to say i got scammed too its my fault cause ppl click to fast on accept and loses things own fault ! just like mine and it will be fun with old wild so u guys (rs- jagex) wont lose stuffs :D just update it i cant wait@@

@Toy please stop acting like a 5-year-old child. You said that people that are against it are this and that... Well i have played since 2004, last I checked I'm not a troll, and I appear to be a lot smarter than you from the way you behave. Everyone has their own opinion and you can't change it. I voted against the comeback however I'm not totally against it. If it comes back it comes back, if it doesn't then that's okay too. Actually it would be rather enjoyable to re-live some old experiences. My only problem right now is that the side favouring the update is not playing fair.

all i have to say is stop crying about clues and green dragons in the wildy. The lvl 3 and 4 clue scrolls are in the wild deal with it, they are ment to be hard not a walk in the park and plus... you see a white dot on the screen you run untill you get to a safe place. and dont bring your valuables its that simple. you guys are all cry babys get over wildys coming back.
