No worries :) .

So far we have had these accounts pop up.

@JagexCarly is active and is a new impersonator about.

Whilst @JagexTech had popped up not long ago, but just recently Twitter have restricted the account so its something I will keep watching.

But we had a account more than a few days ago start offering fake help service called the @JagexHelpAsyii but it was great that Twitter suspended the account :)


UPDATE:


The account that recently turned up named @JagexCarly has now been removed from Twitter, and updated both lists on the main page.

Already sent a notice out on my fansite's twitter, and had a colleague from P.U.R.G.E. post it to their twitter impersonators account.

Hey all.

Make sure you spread your awareness around the active account called @ShaunyJagex as they are advertising towards a Phising website pretending to give a offer with the latest news of the RuneScape mobile stuff.

The real Mod Shauny is @JagexShauny so that's the one you want to only be following.

Recently we had two other accounts that have popped up now that have been suspended :)

Thank-you for this post, I do not use Twitter but I'm sure a lot of our playerbase does. It's just such a shame people actually go out of their way and use time to do this to players. But, Kudos to JaGex for the added security with the authentication!

If I see any of these on Facebook/Twitter or anywhere in that case I'll be sure to add them to this page, infact I might even go on a little hunt to try and find some of these, just hope no-one falls for these horrible tricks!

Recently we've had more and more accounts pop up, advertising a Phising link to get people to log into a fake Mobile BETA thing.

But thankfully Twitter has been good to us and suspended both of them, which are @JagexNicole & @JagexKayla
