Black Magic - The general rule of thumb used for 'ownership of content' for clan threads is that when someone posts content for the use of their clan, that content is considered 'gifted' to the clan, and even if that author leaves the clan, the clan has the right to continue to use that content. (The forum rule "do not steal another player’s thread content" is to prevent one group or clan from stealing the content and hard work of another group and using it as their own, rather than situations where ownership/threadholder of the clan has changed.)

Presumably, the new clan you are in is not identical to your previous clan, and therefore the thread content should also be different. As well, if you parted with your old clan on friendly terms, you can certainly contact the new owner in game and ask if they would mind if you reused some of your old content.
