It's ok moving it for discussion but in the end you need Jagex to see it more. They may not see it in PvP section.
1 thing you could do in add it to RuneLabs and make a thread in PvP asking for support. See how that goes.
I can move it but to be fair it's Jagex who need to see it rather then the PvP Community.
If you still want it moved it can be. Just thought it was best for Jagex viewing where it was.
