I have looked at the three threads you reported. Excessive bumping is not a pattern there. One of the threads had one bump today that was 5 minutes apart.
I also need to caution you about mis-using Forum Help as well as caution you about behavior that can be interpreted as targetting another forumer. You reported this person on June 20, 2015 for excessive bumping and received this reply:

The 'Bumps' are at the closest perhaps 30 minutes apart, often hours - so its not being done to bypass the time limit between posts by the auto feature.
Finally, having separate threads for different items is not against the rules.
