After checking the timeline of actions in detail, the FMod actions in this case were appropriate. An FMod is a volunteer and does not have to actively moderate a thread and is allowed to post as a normal user. You also repeatedly flamed FMod actions and harassed them about their actions outside of the forums - that is not acceptable and continuing to do so will result in the removal of posting privileges.
