Don't forget to change your title to "Maxed" or "the Completionist" to gain access!

Remember - you cannot gain access to the HLF without having 99 in Invention as well as 99 in every other skill on RS3.

Maybe you should read the instructions, since your title is not set to either 'the Maxed' or 'the Completionist'...

You should also remember that HLF access is a privilege, not a right.
