so they know well open again cuz some people don't even read front page of rs

This seems like a really great idea. But I do have some questions...

Q. What are the odds of a person donating 500k actually getting something worth it like a Phat? I'd assume that somebody would have to donate the same value in bonds as a phat which would defeat the purpose of even donating to the Well if somebody could just sell their bonds and buy one, right? I mean, I sprang to attention when reading about the mere possibility of a phat being involved as a reward. I'm sure other people will too. Also, Phat's were said to never be given or dropped again in any way by Andrew and Paul, right? I get that they sold RS but is it player to player or Jagex to player IF a Phat was involved?

Q.How does this ticket system work in a nutshell?

I'm not speaking for Mod Kalaya but by a Phat, I would think that she means a real life Party hat that would go with the signed concept art, runefest merch and all of the other goods. I was sent a Green Phat from Mod Neena when I won some goodies through an in-game event.
