Ehm, everyone does have the same chance (except ~1000 total level players).

Are you trying to change your name in-game? If the lag is too great, go to a less busy area - there shouldn't be lag on clicking the name.

I wanted Excel because my previous name was I Excel I, but it was taken. I'm not mad though because the person who took it is pretty skilled. :) I'm surprised nobody took this name. I got it 15 minutes after the clean-up time o,o
