In game doesn't work either, this is seriously the most annoying thing in the world. I literally just wanted to add 1 r to my current rsn to make it "derrick rose" and I tried for 20 mins straight. Finally someone sniped it. This is such a bs system

I tried in-game via the Hero menu; as recommended on the homepage. I also set up three names that I wanted via the webpage too. All of them received errors and are now taken. Hopefully you can fix the bugs next cleanup.
