Then why do you give them money for membership? If you don't like how they work, then don't support them. As long as you keep paying for membership, you're telling them they're doing the right thing.

As soon as I switched it worked straight away. I even got the actual thing that says:

Your character name is: Jitterbug

You can change your name again on 21-Sep-2014 16:35.
