Question for all - is new account creation completely broken now? Like, did they put something in place to prevent new accounts from being made so f2p can't snipe names? Or is the system just broken because the name server is broken and sporadic?

This has to be the most emabarrased ive been since playing this game, what did jagex expect, 10 people only to change their names or something? Needed so much more resources on the server than what was allocated after trying since 2pm this afternoon i feel robbed of 7 hours of my life, if it was that bad suspend it till tomorrow fix the issues allocate more resources and let everyone know, not just a small post on the website saying what everyone already knows, Well done to the 2% of you guys who have actually been able to change your name but i have to say Jagex yet another mess up when it comes to the world of game you are just behind Valve when it comes to ruining games for everyone.

Can't even change my name to my previous name. This is a joke. You should be embarrassed Jagex; technical difficulties are understandable, but this is unacceptable.
