what i did for this name was: i used the ingame feature which can be accessed through hero->summary page and when i tried chaos it said this name is currently in use but anyhow a minute later that changed and it asked me to confirm it so i did, after like 2minutes it said the server is busy plz try again later. however, 10minutes later my name changed from p0ts to chaos. Guess i was lucky.

I had to watch for one hour and 4 minutes as the name I wanted said "available" while I sat there unable to grab it while some other person for some reason was able to grab it. I have no clue why he got preference. but now he has the name I've been trying to get for an hour.

uhhh every step you did was same for me and i even got the confirmation message and yet it still failed? :/
