Guys, every server will go down under huge load. It's a fact of communications. It's not just Jagex, it's every server hosting company worldwide. Look at Apple's servers when they released iOS 7, hardly ANYONE could even initiate the download.

Stop complaining, this stuff is expected, and they even told you that.
