Raising awareness doesn't do much for me. As an example the recent Badger cull in the UK highly publicised with mass complaints and backlash from the general population. Still went ahead and was proven a failure.

Also worth noting badgers are protected under the law making it an offense to kill, disturb them etc. Of course that was ignored when approved by government.

If push comes to shove wildlife will ultimately lose.

Third world countries and emerging countries will not put growth on hold for the environment.

I personally liked the event and hope for similar events in the future.

It was convenient to be able to answer questions from the challenge tab and I always like new pets :)

Not only could other charity based groups be represented in future events, but we can have runescape themed ones.

I can see having Runescape trivia and getting small rewards from it, just like how the rhino event happened.

I'd like to see questions about the health and importance of the oceans then get two ocean animal pets.

Good ones for Runescape would be the Sea Swallow (glaucus atlanticus) and the vampire squid (Vampyroteuthis infernalis)
