First off Theory... No one was whining. They just made a statement of needing stamps and mentioned the time frame. Secondly... Mod Lee lives IN the united States... West Coast I believe... thirdly.... I'm no kid. I'm probably old enough to be your father... maybe even your grandfather. And I'm sure most of the folks you'll find in the states aren't even under the age of 17, which in most states here... IS legal adult age.

Lol I see whiny kids at every stamping session.

There is a reason I didn't say everyone; I kept it to "kids" as a generalized label towards that group of people that we all know.

That's because this game still has a relatively younger audience from what I understand. That and some kids go to school and are impatient, which is understandable actually.
