You'll still be able to complete all. You can get one task stamped and do one yourself. so 2x a day. I wouldn't worry too muuuch. They do it the whole day. ( well atleast May 1st they did)

The Divine Locations task appears to be glitched. I gathered materials from Divine Locations and maxed my limit AFTER setting that task as active, but it did not count.

Are you sure you truly maxed your limit, as opposed to simply coming within a few resources of the limit?

Some locations give 2+ resources per gather, so you can find yourself unable to gather more from higher level locatios while still being able to gather 1 or 2 smaller things.
