I'd really like to be able to draw....I'd do something very steam-punk-esque....It's worth a go ;D
Edit: You don't have to draw it? Amazing! Definitely going to have a go at describing in some very in-depth way and maybe add a drawing if I can find the time

All entries will be considered, but obviously the more original the better!

Just that I'm studying game development in AU and this'd make for a great quick-project to practice with.
You're free to create whatever you want, and put in as much effort as you see fit. However when we get the designs, we'll have to take everything into consideration. Legendary pets obviously take a long time to make, and emotes take a long time to animate.
We may take part of a multi-growth pet design and focus on making one stage of it amazing, or add an emote if we find we have time. So put in as much effort and detail as you can!

Don't let that stop you! Drawing is the smallest of things in this competition, we want to see and hear any ideas you have! ^.^

Hmmm. Sounds kinda fun. A little disappointing, as I was hoping the next entry in the news was the release of the new quest in Ashdale.

All submissions become the property of Jagex?! Really, so what the heck does the winner get in return, dare I ask? If the pet is going to be in Solomons, and Jagex is the one getting the money for the purchase of the pet, again, what does the winner get? The satisfaction of seeing their pet win and make Jagex money? Can someone, a mod specifically, tell us what benefit or benefits the winner gets?

Forget it. Jagex gets to charge money for MY work, gets ownership of MY work and all I would get is the pet I made for free?! Talk about extortion. Money grubbing greedy little bugs.... Even the smallest person can change the course of the world. Problem is that I am too short to reach the steering wheel.
