I have the perfect idea. Lets have a bobblehead mod. And ideas for the speech can be the pet screaming out for all to hear:

"Rwt is against the rules! Unless its from me."

"Come one, come all! Buy you're way to 99 on treasure chest."

I will come up with more lines for this pet jagex don't worry.

This will be a fun time. I've got a couple of ideas that would be interesting to submit. Thank goodness that there can be entries through descriptions as well, as my artistic talent is not that greatly honed lmao.

Should anyone submitting concepts for this competition see this, if you have a twitter account, post your idea with #Runescapepets

We don't have too many submissions up right now, and it's a great place to see a bunch of them together.

Alternatively, just look up #Runescapepets to see some of the submissions.

Also it was confirmed a few pages back that you can submit more than 1 idea :)

Well I am trying to think up another pet to submit but so far nothing is what I would consider good enough.

I'll keep working at it though, I consider pets to be my speciality.

Page 3, my original post.
Response to YoshiKMW on page 4.
So my reward is seeing my creation in the game. Yes, Jagex gets money from it cuz they the ones that spent the development resources to make it. Also, the legal "trouble" for full ownership and get a job at Jagex.
Architect702 said it best:
Good to hear you're using this money to fix lag/lagspikes/screenfreeze/blackscreens/whitescreens/random dc's/game stopped running issues and let's not forget framerate issues. Oh wait.... How about a FAQ explaining that situation? (From the Mod MMG on Micro-Payments post.)
1. Legal issues about ownership: You maintain ownership rights to what you submit, however, we (being Jagex) will maintain usage rights for the submission and cannot be reversed. We assisted in development, we can use it however and whenever we want. Pretty good solution, I keep what is mine and Jagex can use it without worry I would tell them they can't.
2. Get a job at Jagex. First, if I do not agree with the updates they are making to the game, what are the odds they would hire me, or keep me working there for any length of time? All Jagex employees MUST support the company. Second, you need the legal right to work in the UK to work at Jagex. Imagine the income taxes from England AND the US on your income, not to mention the paperwork to even get the right to work in the UK to begin with.
3. Seeing my creation is my reward. Again, really? For a company that cries broke every time they release another micro-payment update they seem to have a lot of resources to spend on things that are not guaranteed to make them money. See Architect702's post. That is what Jagex needs to spend resources on first, needs before wants and fun stuff. What good is this pet if the rest of the game is falling apart or you have connection problems to play the game to interact with the pet in the first place?

I hope my pet design wins, the second I saw this competition announced I got strait to my Wiiu and started drawing away! Just a question if the Email I used isn't linked to my account but still mentions my User Name being the entrant of the competition will you still accept? The job's never done, there's always a way to improve or protect.

So those broke penny-pincher's can potentially make thousands from my work, and all I get is the pet for free? How about this:
1. A year of membership free. (about $100.00)
2. 2,000 free RuneCoins. (about *100.00 to $200.00)
3. Their designed pet free. (God knows how much they will charge but say $5.00 to $25.00)
4. 250,000,000 coins free. (You put in hard work for the game's growth, you get moneys to help you in the game too.)
Again, they will probably make thousands of dollars off this submission, but they cannot afford to give even that I just described? A few hundred dollars worth of sacrifice to the winner that made them thousands? I said before this was extortion. I was right. No need for them to give you commission, a paycheck or anything more than a tap on the rear, a crappy small lamp and a "Thank you for your submission, your loyalty is greatly appreciated." If you still think it is a great reward, the next time you go to work, imagine your boss telling you this: "Thanks for putting in 40 hours a week in your job. Your dedication helps our company grow. I cannot give you minimum wage because it takes resources away from the company, but here is $20.00, try not to spend it all in one place." This is the same as that, just a different setting and subject.

The difference here is you don't work for Jagex. So you have no obligation to do a design and even if you don't you will not be fired up.

Someone missed the concept of volunteering and fun. Who cares if they make money off of our designs? It isn't all about me. I dont do this for Jagex day in and day out for free. It isn't my job. It was one time, it took about 15 minutes and I enjoyed doing it. And if I win I can point to a part of the game and say "I did that".

To Spytre. Yes, I know I do not work for Jagex. You seemed to miss the point of my post. On page 4 of this thread, YoshiKMW responded to me and this post was to respond to them. Also, I would not be all fired up if it wasn't for this:
Jagex makes a new micro-transaction update or promotion, players (besides myself) complain about it when there are issues with gameplay that have needed attention for years and nothing gets fixed. Then we have MMG make a statement about micro-transactions helping to fund the game. My point is if they fixed the problems with the game THEN make a promotion, it won't be a big deal. Think of Runescape, the game itself, not D&D's, Solomons or even treasure hunter, as a bookshelf. If the shelves are breaking, you do not pile more books on them, you fix the shelves. Fix the issues with the game first, then add in fun things. Again, as I said, stop crying about money when they have it to make all this "other" stuff. If Jagex spent that money fixing their game, not adding these nice things, I wouldn't get upset at them when they do add them.
To LeftyLucy. Players have been submitting reports about flaws and bugs for years and still these things do not get fixed. We get the blind eye and deaf ear from Jagex cuz they seem to only focus on "give us more money" updates. What about lag, connection issues, game freezes and many other problems? Jagex is getting all this money from Solomons and TH, almost every week is something new they spent money developing for a new promotion and these problems still exist. The blue dragons in Taverly Dungeon is slower than a cat covered in molasses, and I was the only one there! The last time this game was that slow, there were about 1,800 players in the world, now with about 200 it is worse.
To answer you, why would I volunteer to help them when I and other players inform Jagex about these issues, politely, and they seem to ignore us? I will have fun when the game doesn't skip like a scratched up cd.
