At the moment wearing goldsmith gauntlets gets you 4x base xp (90xp), which is different from double normal goldsmith gauntlets smelting. This was changed from 2x base xp (45xp). Blacksmith outfits also give a bit of extra xp ;) . Thanks for listening to us Jagex! Next time posing here might be a good idea. My ideas dump thread

tbh, after reading that I did not click the 'watch anyway' button...

Was a bit disappointed to see a warning like that since the charity this event is supporting clients that are, for the most part children.
